A modern approach to classical hunter / jumper training.

I started 11:11 Performance Horsemanship in 2021 — a unique program that combines my knowledge in the American Forward Riding System with my passion for natural horsemanship and sport horse longevity.

From barn rat > working student > trainer, I have worked in many tiers of the hunter / jumper world. Most recently, I worked as an assistant trainer at Sundance Equestrian (an A circuit hunter / jumper facility in Woodinville, WA). I have also had the opportunity to ride under George Morris, Jeff Cook, Julie Winkel, Geoff Teal, and Jill Blunt, and have shown across the west-coast on both client and personal horses.

My hunter / jumper program is not one-size-fits-all. Instead, I focus on addressing the unique needs of each horse and rider through confidence-building methodology. My multi-modal approach is flatwork-forward, combines classical and contemporary riding techniques, and also emphasizes horse well-being and longevity. My interest and expertise also extends to working with OTTBs and young / green project horses.

Feel free to reach out with any questions or to request my resumé and references. I look forward to working with you and your horse!

Cheers — Danika (she/her)
